too much of xiao hong ending up with my right eye having prob.
ytd when i going back home,
same routine,
mindy, me, sherry and fy went to the toilet.
i saw my eye super red (both)
so when i got home,
i took out my contact lens and wore glasses.
my left eye after a few hours getting better,
while my right eye still as red.
i thought that its because i have not enuff slp.
=(
so, considering to use eye-mo or contact lens eyedrop.
i choose eye mo. before going to bed
and thus,
today i din wear contacts which i wanted to wear.
its not itchy but red.
but with visible blood vessels like its going to explode.
LOL !!
now its getting better.
i hope its not eye infection due to improper care of contact,
or solution being polluted.


so mindy suggested i go chnage my solution and rub my contacts.
to clear the dirt *protein*,
which protein believes to cause irritation, eye infection.
i shall do it later,
but i dunno how to.
i shall google or yahoo the steps and the best if its with pic for guild.

Things You’ll Need:
Baking Soda
Contact Solution

Step1-Place a small amount of baking soda into the palm of your hand.
(approximately the size of a dime)

Step2-Add saline/contact solution to the baking soda and mix.
The mixture should be similar to a paste in texture.
If your mixture is to runny or dry, add baking soda and/or solution.

Step3-Place one contact lens on the mixture and with your finger,
gently massage the contact over the mixture.
Massage for a few seconds, and repeat if necessary
(The same way you would clean your contact with solution).
Flip the contact over and repeat for the other side of the lens.

Step4-Finally, rinse your contact with saline/contact solution. Now your contacts are clean!

dun dare to wear,
he says his eye small,
but if yr eye small, u should or be encourage to wear.
if not, yr eye smaller,
another worried for him,
scared.

than i told him, i bring him to optical shop,
we buy contact lens from there,
they will teach u.
its normal when ppl dun knw how to.
jus like me,
i started using 30 bloody mins to put my contacts.
and my eyes turn xiao hong.
slowly with more practice,
it become 15 mins,
meaning i got more time to slp in the morning.
than now, not even 1 mins.
seee,
practice makes prefect still applys here la.
