jap festival at this near changi jap sch.

and tt stupid jap sch does not let us park our car.

wat a dumb act we had,

they used tissue to create the 'line' to attach to paper clip.
so use it to hook for yr balloon.
if yr 'line' which is made up of tissue gets wet.
aboviously it would snip off and bye bye yr balloons.

but one lil gal playing cheat by moving the small toy to the side of the pool,

smart move,
but end up she's being warn not to do it.
