LOL !!! he went to kp uob bank at casuewaypoint for activation. but they cant do anything, the bank too small. so, cant blame. best thing, NO NETS!! omg , dam shitty la. the person says to guowei that nets need maintaince fee, or watever fee to like pay. tt's why no more nets. guowei foresees that the future, other bank debit cards will strike off nets~ left master or visa. but debit w/o nets is not debit leh. might as well all convert to credits? and its call the NOW card. so lame !
