met elaine patrick and guys to ten mile junction to buy bbq stuffs.
we are so smart to buy one carton of mineral water.
why, cause we dun wan to drink toilet water.
super cheap la. 4.5bucks nia.

first thing is that,

so bbq stuffs = as cheapo as possible.
bigger quantity = cheaper.
no brand = cheaper.
more colouring, perservatives = cheaper.
CHEAP AND BUDGET is wat i can say today.





so went back to guowei's house to marinate.
i learn something today,
in order to make chicken tender and delicious,
as in the meat or flesh.
MUST TALK TO THEM.
MUST MASSAGE THEM.
MUST ON MUSIC FOR THEM.

i tink liang zhi also added.
i did the marination of the sauce for the chicken.
elaine, xuanwen prepare the sotong.
patrick role : photographer + helper + sample
nicholas role : break chicken wing
guowei : slice sting ray la, get this get that, break chicken wing la.....etc...
liang zhi's role : manager + maria + aluminum foil dispenser +wrapper
xuanwen's role : prepare sotong wif elaine
my role : sauce for chicken + buttered and put chili for sting ray
in conclusion, my job was the most fun.
i can see my future,
a cake decorater.

guowei told me i'm like spreading cream (chili balachan) on the cake (stingray)

i tink i have talent in that area.
maybe i can further work on to aid my job scoop in the future.

one thing i hate the most is that my fingers and hand smells.
